International Shipping
International orders are not available through our online checkout at present. We can still arrange international delivery on request — please contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether we can ship to your country and what it will cost.
1. How to place an international order
- Message us on WhatsApp at +91 76764 99269 or email prime.mangalore@gmail.com with the product you want and your full delivery address.
- We will confirm availability, check that we can ship to your country, and quote the shipping cost in advance.
- No payment is taken until you have accepted the quote.
2. Payment
- Prepaid only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery on international orders.
- All amounts are charged in Indian Rupees (INR). Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion charges, which are not within our control.
3. Timeline
- Once payment is confirmed, orders are dispatched within a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 12 business days.
- Delivery typically takes a further 7 to 21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and the courier.
- A tracking number is shared with you on dispatch.
4. Customs, duties and taxes
- Any import duties, customs charges or local taxes levied by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility. These are not included in the product price or the shipping charge.
- If a shipment is refused or returned because duties were not paid, the outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund.
5. Packaging
- Every product is inspected and securely packaged before dispatch.
6. Returns and refunds
- Our standard Cancellation, Exchange and Refund Policy applies to international orders, including the 48-hour claim window and the unboxing video requirement.
- Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Where a return is required, the customer bears the cost of international return shipping.
7. Restrictions
- We cannot ship to countries where the import of sporting goods is restricted, or where our courier partners do not operate.
- We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country.
