International Shipping Policy

Prime Sports & Fitness ships selected products internationally so customers outside India can buy genuine badminton equipment from us. Please read this policy carefully.
1. Payment
- All international orders are processed and shipped only after successful payment confirmation.
- We operate on a prepaid basis only. Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders.
- All prices are charged in Indian Rupees (INR). Your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion charge.
2. Dispatch and delivery timeline
- International orders are dispatched within a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 12 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination country and the courier partner, typically 7–21 business days.
3. Customs, duties and taxes
- Customs duties, import taxes and any other charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
- These charges vary by country and are not included in the product price or the shipping fee shown at checkout.
- If a shipment is refused or returned because import charges were not paid, the outbound and return shipping costs are deducted from any refund.
4. Shipping charges
- International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
- Additional fees may apply for remote locations or expedited shipping.
5. Tracking
- A tracking number is provided as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can monitor its progress.
6. Packaging
- All products are inspected and securely packaged to ensure safe delivery.
7. Returns and refunds on international orders

We do not accept returns. The only exception is a genuine manufacturing defect or transit damage, supported by a continuous unboxing video submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

You must contact us and receive written approval before shipping anything back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Our standard Returns Policy and Cancellation, Exchange and Refund Policy apply.
- Where a refund is due, it is credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Return shipping costs for international orders are borne by the customer.
8. Restrictions
- We do not ship to countries where import of our products is restricted by law, or where our courier partners do not operate.
- We are not liable for delays caused by customs clearance, courier partners or events beyond our reasonable control.
