At Prime Sports & Fitness we aim to get your equipment to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping and delivery policy below.
1. Payment
- All orders are processed and dispatched only after successful payment confirmation.
- We operate on a prepaid basis only. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for any order, including local Mangaluru deliveries.
- Payments are accepted online through our secure payment gateway (UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and wallets).
2. Store hours and working days
- We are open Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 8:30 PM. We are closed on Sunday.
- Orders placed after 8:30 PM, or on a Sunday or public holiday, are processed and delivered on the next working day.
3. Local delivery — Mangaluru
- For addresses within Mangaluru city limits, orders are typically delivered within 30 minutes to 2 hours of payment confirmation, during store hours.
- Delivery timelines may vary during peak hours, adverse weather or in areas outside our regular delivery radius.

Store pickup: orders are usually ready for collection at our Bendur store within 30–50 minutes of payment confirmation, during store hours.
4. Shipping across India (outstation orders)
- Orders shipped outside Mangaluru are dispatched within a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 12 business days after payment confirmation.
- Once dispatched, delivery time depends on the destination and the courier partner, typically 3–7 additional business days.
- A tracking number is shared with you as soon as your order is dispatched.
5. Shipping charges
- Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order, based on your delivery location and the size of your order.
- Any applicable charges for remote locations or expedited shipping will also be shown at checkout.
6. Packaging
- Every product is inspected and securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
7. Delays
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs, natural events or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will keep you informed and assist in tracking any delayed shipment.
8. Stringing service
- Racket restringing is a paid service booked through our website and carried out at our Bendur store. Stringing is paid at the store and is not charged online at the time of booking.
- If you request home delivery of a strung racket, delivery charges are payable by you to the delivery partner, and the stringing charges must be paid before the racket is dispatched.
