Welcome to Prime Sports & Fitness. This website is operated by Prime Sports & Fitness, a sole proprietorship registered in India and located at Sheffield Apartments, Opposite SCS Hospital, Bendurwell, Bendur, Mangaluru – 575002, Karnataka, India. By accessing and using this website you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General
- These terms govern your use of our website, products and services.
- We may update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the revised terms.
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
2. Products and pricing
- All products listed are 100% genuine and sourced through authorised channels.
- All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
- Product images are for illustration; minor variations in colour or design may occur between batches.
3. Orders and payments
- All orders must be placed with full payment in advance. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card details.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability or other unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel an order, the full amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Shipping and delivery
- We are open Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 8:30 PM and closed on Sunday. Orders placed outside these hours are processed on the next working day.
- Local deliveries within Mangaluru are typically completed within 30 minutes to 2 hours during store hours. Orders shipped outside Mangaluru are dispatched within 3–12 business days.
- Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.
- For international shipments, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges.
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs or events beyond our reasonable control.
5. Returns, exchanges and refunds

We do not accept returns. Change of mind, incorrect product selection, size or model preference are not valid grounds for a return, exchange or refund.
- The sole exception is a genuine manufacturing defect or damage in transit, supported by a continuous unboxing video and reported within 48 hours of delivery.

You must contact us and receive our written approval before shipping any product back. Products sent to us without prior approval will not be accepted and will be returned at the sender’s cost.
- Approved defect claims are resolved by replacement. Full details are set out in our Returns Policy and Cancellation, Exchange and Refund Policy.
6. Stringing service
- Racket restringing is a paid service, charged separately from any product purchase. We do not offer free or complimentary stringing.
- Stringing is booked through our website and carried out at our store. No payment is taken online at the time of booking; stringing charges are paid at the store (or before dispatch if you request home delivery).
- Requested drop-off and pickup timings are a request only and are confirmed by the store.
- Strings are consumable items and carry no guarantee. Prime Sports & Fitness is not responsible for breakage of the string or the racket during or after stringing.
- We string within the maximum tension printed on the racket frame. Higher tensions (29 lbs and above) are strung entirely at the owner’s risk and only with the customer’s explicit consent recorded at the time of booking.
7. Warranty and liability
- Products carry the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. We do not provide any additional warranty unless expressly stated.
- We are not liable for damage caused by improper use, mishandling or unauthorised modification of a product.
- Our total liability in respect of any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.
8. Intellectual property
- All content on this website, including images, text and logos, is the property of Prime Sports & Fitness or its licensors and may not be used without written permission.
9. Privacy
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Prohibited use
You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious code, or to attempt unauthorised access to our systems or data.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
- These terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mangaluru, Karnataka.
